Integration And Test Technician
Job Title: Integration and Test TechnicianJob Description

As an Integration and Test Technician, you will play a pivotal role in assembling complete chassis hardware based on drawings, and performing wire crimping and routing. You will be responsible for wiring installations using diagrams and circuit layouts, assembling and wiring racks of equipment, and using test equipment such as DMMs, power meters, and oscilloscopes. Your work will involve troubleshooting SCBs, chassis, servers, and racks to support engineering and customer service needs.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble complete chassis hardware from drawings.Perform wire crimping and routing.Install wiring using diagrams and circuit layouts.Assemble and wire racks of equipment.Utilize test equipment such as DMMs, power meters, and oscilloscopes.Work with small parts and perform repetitive tasks.Perform complex electronic assembly tasks.Troubleshoot SCBs, chassis, servers, and racks to support engineering and customer service.Essential SkillsExperience in chassis systems and troubleshooting.Knowledge in avionics installation and assembly.Proficiency in soldering.Expertise with test equipment including DMMs, power meters, and oscilloscopes.Ability to work with wire harness and wiring.Understanding of complex electronic chassis.Familiarity with electronics, electrical, schematic, and mechanical systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience assembling and wiring racks of equipment is preferred.Knowledge of test equipment is highly desirable.Work Environment

You will work on the production floor alongside approximately six other technicians in a small, collaborative team. The team is known for its camaraderie, with members often hanging out and joking around. The environment encourages upward movement, with many technicians transitioning into engineering roles. You will have the opportunity to work on production and prototype electronic products including chassis, racks, signal conditioning boards (SCBs), and input/output (I/O) panels.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
