This role is the “gate keeper” to all mental health programs within BJC Behavioral Health. + **Location:** Daily on site at the Central Same Day Access facility located at 3300 South Kingshighway + Ideal Skill Set for this position: Strong clinical skills, an understanding of SMI diagnosis, organization skills, strong communication skills, computer skills with knowledge of motivational interviewing. + **Job responsibilities:** Working as a team member who provides screenings for level of needs, completing screenings for mental health services that includes determination for services with BJC BH, crisis support, referring to internal and external resources, Scheduling intake appts with SDA staff **Overview** **BJC Behavioral Health** is a community health center that provides and coordinates behavioral health services for more than 8,000 seriously mentally ill adults and seriously emotionally disturbed children in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. François, Iron and Washington counties.
