Beacon Hill Associates is seeking Intake Specialists for an onsite, ongoing temporary assignment supporting a tax services organization.

Daily Duties:

Handling inbound information and making outbound calls for client intake

Guiding clients through app download and document upload

Collecting and reviewing required tax information for completeness

Entering and updating client information in the CRM system

Communicating clearly and professionally with clients throughout the intake process

Ideal Candidate:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable speaking with clients by phone

CRM or administrative experience preferred

Strong problem-solving skills, work ethic, and positive attitude

Excellent grammar and proofreading skills

Additional Details:

Location: Onsite

Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Parking: Free

Dress Code: Business casual (nice jeans acceptable; no holes or see-through clothing)

Training: On-the-job training
