Our client, a busy and rapidly growing law firm in the Milwaukee area, is seeking a dedicated Intake Specialist – Customer Service Outbound to join their team. As an Intake Specialist – Customer Service Outbound, you will be part of the client support department, assisting potential clients and ensuring they receive the information they need. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Intake Specialist – Customer Service Outbound
**Location:** Glendale, WI
**Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour**
**Shift:** 08:00am - 05:00pm, Monday through Friday
**What's the Job?**
+ Make outbound telephone calls to potential clients who have requested information about legal services
+ Conduct intake evaluations and screen leads for eligibility based on provided criteria
+ Answer inquiries by clarifying information, researching, and providing accurate details
+ Maintain call center databases by entering and updating client information
+ Draft and mail representation paperwork to qualified candidates and prepare new client documentation
**What's Needed?**
+ Possess a pleasant phone voice and maintain professionalism at all times
+ Strong spelling, grammar, and accuracy skills
+ Customer service experience, preferably with call center or high call volume roles
+ Proficiency in computer use and typing skills
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and schedules
