As an Insurance Services Manager II within JPMorganChase, you will oversee compliance reviews for the commercial and multifamily loan portfolio, including GSE and/or JPMorgan loans. This role requires a highly detail-oriented and deadline-focused professional who can manage multiple tasks and projects independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work effectively within their own group. The position involves significant interaction with both internal and external clients.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and tracking GSE origination and servicing activities, monitoring insurance waiver requests, and supporting the resolution of non-compliance issues related to GSE requirements.

This position is responsible for assessing assets and collateral to confirm adequate insurance coverage. The role ensures adherence to federal regulations, investor requirements (including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac), as well as compliance with JPMorgan Chase’s Global Flood and Non-Flood Insurance Policy
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor’s degree, in the business or finance areas; or insurance related industry designations with direct experience and demonstrated ability to perform the required tasks.Clear knowledge of Commercial Insurance Coverage – Property (including Flood, Wind, Earthquake and Terrorism), General Liability (including Workers Comp and Auto), Professional Liability and Umbrella/Excess Liability Insurance. Requires problem solving skills as well as the initiative to troubleshoot and find resolutions. Requires excellent communication skills, written and oral, through all levels of the organization.Must demonstrate the ability to identify, interpret and apply applicable guidelines in managing assigned processes. Must possess strong organization and communication skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
