What You Do
Execution of Client Service
•    Provide technical services within a specialized function in direct support of Sales & Service teams
•    Supports our production and service teams with projects to allow flawless execution of our service strategy as submitted through the electronic ticketing system
•    Provide support to CSR teams within each division, as needed 
•    Assists with completion of client mailings, presentations, spreadsheets, and other insurance administrative projects
•    Researches company information in Epic and online to enter prospective and current client data in Client Resource Management system
•    Prints and distributes communication and collateral for internal and external use
•    Communicate to internal and external clients through phone and e-mail in a professional manner
•    Manages time effectively to prioritize workload
•    Supports technology staff with onsite meetings 
•    Other duties as assigned 

Reception Experience
•    Acts as director of first impressions to our clients, prospective clients, prospective employees, and visitors and creates a warm, friendly, and inviting experience
•    Answers and manages phone calls professionally and provides a phone experience that promotes our DNA

Peer Relationships
•    Obtains Producers license and participates in insurance courses, seminars, and webinars for knowledge development
•    Suggests business process improvements to gain efficiency within the role 
•    Provides feedback at team meetings as well as contributes to learning topics as assigned  
•    Strives to learn and grow by demonstrating initiative on a daily basis 
•    Acts as a valued member of the team, including assisting in training and mentorship of newly hired ISCs 
•    Assists the Office and Facilities team when applicable

Your Education and Experience
Required
•    Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
•    The employee is responsible for adherence to the stated expectations of the E&O Plus Quality Management Program

The applicable base salary range for this role is $34,100 to $60,900.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
