Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Commercial Lines Producer to join our team. This role requires an independent, goal-oriented professional who excels in building strong business-to-business relationships, generating leads and closing sales. If you are a confident communicator, have a competitive personality, and enjoy a challenge that is rewarded with unlimited income potential we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Develop leads through networking and outreach via face to face and phone prospecting
Sell, service, and solicit a variety of commercial insurance solutions (Property, Commercial General Liability, Worker's Compensation, etc)
Build long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
Present solutions present tailored solutions in prospect meetings

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in policy and client information.
Time management & multitasking ability thrives in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savviness & analytical skills, ability to learn new software and work with numbers.
Professionalism & integrity maintains confidentiality and builds trust.
Confidence & presentation skills ability to engage and effectively communicate unique insurance options

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
