The client is a rapidly growing BC based brokerage, offering services in all lines, from auto, personal lines and commercial lines. 

Responsibilities
In this leadership position, you will serve as the central figure in streamlining workflows, enhancing efficiency, and fostering growth initiatives across all branches.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and support multiple branch managers to ensure consistency and operational excellenceDevelop and implement standardized workflows to improve efficiency across branchesPromote and support growth initiatives to expand operational capabilitiesAct as a liaison among branches to facilitate communication and best practicesDrive continuous improvement efforts and strategic planningQualificationsExperience managing a large insurance office or multiple branches Knowledge in all lines of insurance products Level 2 license Proficiency with Applied EPIC Strategic thinker with a focus on scalable growthExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits & Perks
