Beacon Hill's client, a national law firm, is seeking a contract litigation attorney for their San Jose, CA, office.

Location: San Jose, CA 95110 (Hybrid - must be available for in-office work as needed)Duration: Ongoing, potentially 6+ months with the possibility of direct hire (Concurrent employment not permitted)Hours: 40-hour workweeks

Qualifications:

Active California bar licensed in good standing1+ year of experience in insurance defense and/or other defense-side litigation attorney experience.

Duties (including but not limited to):
