**Job Title:** **Insulation Laborer** **Pay:** $18 – $25 per hour **Job Overview** We are seeking a motivated **Construction Laborer** to join our team. In this role, you will assist with installing insulation materials on mechanical systems to help control temperature and reduce energy loss. You’ll work alongside experienced insulators, preparing surfaces, measuring and cutting materials, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. **Key Responsibilities** + Apply insulation materials to pipes, ducts, and other mechanical systems. + Clean and prepare surfaces prior to insulation installation. + Measure and cut insulation materials to precise dimensions and shapes. + Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE. + Support experienced insulators with material handling, tool maintenance, and site cleanup. **Essential Skills** + Previous experience in construction, general labor, or related fields. + Basic knowledge of insulation installation and mechanical systems. + Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively. + Physical capability to handle materials and perform labor-intensive tasks. **Additional Qualifications** + Valid driver’s license. + Comfortable working at heights up to 30 ft. + Minimum 1 year of experience in construction, warehouse, or manufacturing environments. **Work Environment** + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (some variation possible). + Project Types: Commercial and industrial sites. **Apply Directly** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
