**_Insulation Installer- Start ASAP- Weekly Pay_** **_Location: Sioux Falls, SD_** **_Pay: $21-$23/hour_** **_Hours: 6 am - 5 pm_** _As an Insulation Installer, you will work primarily in commercial buildings, focusing on installing attic insulation. This role requires comfort with small spaces, ladders, and working on your hands and knees. While most work is within a 60-mile radius, occasional travel for larger projects is required, with hotel accommodations and a daily food per diem provided._ **_Responsibilities:_** + _Install insulation in commercial, multi-family, industrial, and residential new build homes._ + _Operate spray guns and other installation equipment._ + _Work in varying environments, which may be hot or cold, and not always climate-controlled._ + _Collaborate with team members in groups ranging from two to five._ + _Travel occasionally for projects, staying overnight when necessary._ **_Essential Skills:_** + _Experience with insulation installation, including batted insulation and spray foam._ + _General construction skills._ + _Ability to operate a spray gun, with experience in automotive or house painting being advantageous._ **_Additional Skills & Qualifications:_** + _Minimum of six months' experience in the construction field preferred, or equivalent work history such as machine shop or farming._ + _Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred for higher pay._ + _Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams._ + _Strong ambition and reliability, with references to verify work ethic._ **_Why Work Here?_** _This position offers rapid career advancement opportunities, with the potential to move up to sprayer or lead positions quickly.
