Instrument Logistics Partner / Specialist

Join Roche, where every voice matters. **The Position** As an Instrument Logistics Partner you will ensure continuous support to enable and increase valuable customer experiences with high standards of commercial contract and tender requirement compliance. You will be responsible for planning and purchasing, order management process, ensuring the availability of the product and the quality of the required outputs, respecting timing and installation plan. You will be part of a dynamic and solution oriented team that will allow you to learn and develop in this role. **The Opportunity:** + Create ideas to improve tracking, maintaining and updating legal documentation and records + Handle instrument purchasing orders, customer orders and their related delivery process in line with installation plan and ensuring the quality of the data in SAP. + Manage substitution of instruments and accessories. + Activate instruments returns, in accordance with the field force (Field Service Engineer and Customer Manager) and with the instrument warehouse. + Ensure instrument invoicing process including credit and debit note. + Guarantee the health check of SAP system (Idoc, workflow, backorders, etc.). + Support the monitoring and the workload case redistribution connected to substitutions of instruments. + Cooperate with service, sales and purchasing departments regarding instruments turnover + Guarantee a proactive information gathering in order to ensure a linear and fluent team working in the internal key functions. **Who you are:** + Education: Relevant University degree + Strong knowledge of SAP and CRM solutions + At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience (i.e. logistics, projects management, commercial environment); + Good knowledge of logistic processes + MS Office software, web-based systems and databases etc. + Proficient in Polish and English + Open and transparent, focused on collaboration + Takes initiatives, has high self motivation + Problem solving mindset + Has ability to prioritize, work under time pressure in a changing environment + Detail oriented and flexible to support urgent/immediate (eg. tender deadlines) situations **What you get:** + Employment contract (Umowa o pracę), + Annual bonus payment based on your performance; + Private healthcare ( LuxMed packages) and group life insurance (UNUM); + Training, language courses, and diversified career paths are available + Recharge Days (2 days off per quarter) + Take time Program (up to 3 months of leave to use for any purpose) + Flex Location (possibility to perform our work from different places in the world for a certain period of time) + Take Time for Charity (additional paid leave of maximum 2 weeks to engage in the charity action of your choice) + Stock share purchase additions; + Yearly sales of company equipment and many more! **INTERESTED?
