Instrument Life Cycle (ILC) Coordinator - Lab Services, Life Sciences Job ID 232236 Posted 06-Aug-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Laboratory Services Location(s) Malvern - Pennsylvania - United States of America **About Role:** ILCs will assist clients and vendors with the addition, removal, and changes of laboratory instrumentation both physically and within the CMMS system. Maintaining site inventories and liaising with local laboratory and site operations management teams is also in scope. **What you'll do:** + Work with clients (Scientists, Researchers, Engineers, and Related End-Users) to track capital investment purchases. + Responsible for day-to-day project and client management of laboratory instruments from when purchased, through installment and financial closeout. + Conduct feasibility studies of laboratory instruments prior to installment. + Track and update instrument status in Capital Expense tracker. + Schedule move and installment of new instrument with support from movers, vendors, and client. + Support submission of asset Add, Remove, and Changes (ARC) to be processed into the CMMS system. + Review and walk through project plan(s) prior to implementation. + Assist asset deployment program at site. + Escort vendors to designated locations during instrument installation. + Liaison between finance and laboratory operations for purchase orders and entitlement reviews. + Tag instruments with proper identification once ARC has been processed in CMMS system. **What you'll need:** + Technical experience working with laboratory equipment required. + Experience with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Coupa, CMMS Systems, and change control. + Knowledge of GxP and understanding of lab instrument services environment. + Experience in customer service. + Strong project management capabilities. + Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions. + Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, vendors, co-workers, and/or supervisor. + Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees. + Ability to problem solve with basic analytical skills. **Why CBRE?** CBRE is the premier provider of Laboratory services.
