Reporting to the Manager of Biggio Tech, the Instructional Technology Specialist will provide technical support and proactive solutions for faculty and students using Auburn University’s instructional technology ecosystem. This role focuses on ServiceNow (SNOW ) management, including ticketing workflows and data-driven decision making, and Knowledge Base (KB) development, providing “Just-in-Time" support and ensuring accessibility compliance.
