Installer  Join a premier luxury window treatment atelier serving top interior designers, architects, and high-end residential and hospitality clients nationwide. About the Role In this hands-on role, you’ll assist with the installation of all window treatments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical work and client interaction , and who takes pride in delivering impeccable results for some of the most discerning clients in the design industry. Location: Richboro, PA What You’ll Get: + Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 base salary, depending on experience + Mileage & Expense Reimbursement for work-related travel + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM (flexibility for installation days) + Travel: Local Tri-State Area travel daily + Occasional nationwide travel (20–30%) + Culture: Supportive, collaborative team, not competitive + Training: Hands-on onboarding and training + Values: Quality, teamwork, reliability, and continuous improvement What You’ll Do + Lead precision installations, consultations, and repairs of window treatments + Load, organize, and maintain company vans and equipment + Conduct quality checks before, during, and after installations + Travel locally (within 1–2 hours) and occasionally nationwide (20–30%) for large-scale installations + Represent the brand professionally at client sites and communicate clearly with designers and homeowners + Participate in post-installation meetings to share feedback and lessons learned Who You Are + Experienced with tools, construction, or hands-on installation work (window treatment, custom cabinetry, or other precision install experience is a plus but not required) + Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and OneDrive + Detail-driven and organized, with excellent communication and customer service skills + Reliable, flexible, and comfortable balancing both physical and administrative tasks + Able to lift 60+ lbs and work safely on 6 ft+ ladders Ideal Candidate You’re dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering excellence.
