Essential Skills + Experience as a sign installer, installer, or electrician. + Proficiency in reading blueprints. + Skilled in using power tools and hand tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 2+ years of construction or field installation experience. + Desire to learn steel, electrical, and advanced construction techniques. + Comfortable working at heights. + Ability to work outdoors in various conditions. + Strong desire for growth and learning. + Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
