**Description** Responsibilities: Install hardware at customer locations Maintain and service installed hardware at customer locations Report and escalate product issues as required and ensure resolution Work with Technical Support and Engineering teams to resolve issues as needed Collaborate with internal teams to improve installation processes and customer satisfaction Communicate end-user feedback and issues to appropriate personnel, and proactively propose solutions or appropriate actions Ability to learn on the job in a fast-paced environment Address field-related challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track Maintain open and effective communication with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on-site, providing timely resolutions Follow installation guidelines, safety procedures, and compliance regulations Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including service reports and customer feedback Travel to various job sites as required **Experience Level** Entry Level **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
