**Job Title: Installer Helper** **Job Description** Seeking a dedicated laborer to assist in the installation of skylight panels, glazing, and fabrication. This role requires a willingness to travel and offers incentive wages in addition to the hourly pay rate. Responsibilities include moving materials, installing skylight panels, caulking, and sealing joints using various tools. **Responsibilities** + Move materials necessary for skylight installation. + Install skylight panels with precision and care. + Caulk and seal joints to ensure watertight integrity. + Utilize tools such as hammer drills, pliers, snips, pry bars, and screwdrivers. + Work effectively with rails for panel sliding. **Essential Skills** + Experience in glazing and construction. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Skills in carpentry, electrical work, and glass cutting. + Knowledge of framing and commercial construction. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with caulking, sealing, and waterproofing. + Skills as a glazier or window installer. + Familiarity with skylight installation. + Any welding experience or assembly of rail systems. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy two weeks of paid vacation, continued training and certifications, and short-term disability premium fully covered.
