**Job Title: Installer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated installer to join our team. The role involves installing, maintaining, and servicing hardware at various customer locations, ensuring that the equipment operates smoothly and efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install hardware at customer locations.
+ Maintain and service installed hardware at customer locations.
+ Report and escalate product issues as required and ensure resolution.
+ Work with Technical Support and Engineering teams to resolve issues as needed.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to improve installation processes and customer satisfaction.
+ Communicate end-user feedback and issues to appropriate personnel, and proactively propose solutions or appropriate actions.
+ Learn on the job in a fast-paced environment.
+ Address field-related challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
+ Maintain open and effective communication with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on-site, providing timely resolutions.
+ Follow installation guidelines, safety procedures, and compliance regulations.
+ Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including service reports and customer feedback.
+ Travel to various job sites as required.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in installation and using power tools and hand tools.
+ Mechanically inclined with a strong aptitude for troubleshooting.
+ Excellent customer service skills.
+ Experience in hardware installation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to travel to different locations as needed.
+ Possession of necessary tools such as a power drill, drill bit extender, Phillips bit, and staple gun.
+ A smart phone for communication and documentation.
**Work Environment**
The role requires travel to various job sites across Northern New Jersey, Southern Pennsylvania, NYC, Baltimore, Washington, Boston, Harford, Buffalo, Pittsburgh, and Syracuse. Training will commence in Carlstadt NJ. The company provides per diem and covers food expenses during travel. You will work in a dynamic environment where safety and compliance regulations are prioritized.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position until the end of the summer based out of Carlstadt, New Jersey that may require some travel.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
