Job Description

We are seeking dependable installers to support on-site installation and service projects across Western New York. This role is perfect for hands-on individuals with mechanical aptitude who enjoy working as part of a team on active job sites. The work includes installing pallet racking, dock equipment, and mezzanine construction at customer facilities.

Responsibilities

Install pallet racking systems at customer locations.Assist with installation and service of dock equipment and mezzanines.Load, unload, and organize materials and tools on job sites.Follow safety procedures and job-site instructions.Work from project drawings, layouts, and direction from supervisors.Travel to assigned project locations, typically 1–2 weeks per site.Meet on-site with Project Manager and complete assigned tasks.Represent the company professionally at client locations.

Essential Skills

Mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand and power tools.Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.Willingness to work on customer sites throughout Western New York.Ability to work outdoors and indoors in industrial/freezer environments.Comfortable working as part of a 2–5 person crew.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to meeting points.

Work Environment

The position is primarily based at client sites throughout Western New York, with most work concentrated in the Buffalo area. The role involves both indoor and outdoor work in industrial and freezer environments. The first shift runs Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are expected to maintain a clean and safe work area while using hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment as needed.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $56160.00/yr.
