**Job Title:** **Installer** **Location:** Tulsa, OK **Pay:** $18–$20 per hour **Position Overview** The Installer is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely installation of AC units and related components. This role supports both new installations and replacement projects while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** + Install AC units and components, including evaporators, condensers, compressors, and ducting. + Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for daily tasks. + Maintain strict adherence to quality and safety standards. + Inspect installed systems and troubleshoot issues as needed. + Charge AC systems according to specifications. + Perform replacements, retrofits, and remodel-related installations. + Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment. + Follow all safety procedures and utilize required PPE. + Communicate delays or project concerns promptly. + Assist in training and supporting team members. + Complete all required documentation and paperwork accurately. **Required Skills & Experience** + Previous installation or assembly experience. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, electrical tools, and pneumatic tools. + Minimum of 2 years of assembly or related experience. + Strong problem‑solving skills. + Automotive experience is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications** + At least 1 year of light automotive repair experience. + Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods. + Effective verbal and written communication skills. + Basic computer proficiency. + Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends. **Benefits** + Low‑cost benefits package. + Merit‑based pay increases. + 10 paid vacation days. + Paid holidays. + Supportive and team‑oriented work environment. **Work Environment & Schedule** + Non‑climate‑controlled garage setting. + Standard schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM (with occasional Fridays as needed). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
