**Job Title - Installer** **Location - Tulsa, OK** **Pay - $18 - $20/hr** **Job Description** Install AC units and components safely, correctly, and on time. **Key Duties** + Install **AC units & parts** (evaporators, condensers, compressors, ducting). + Prep tools and materials. + Ensure **quality & safety** standards. + Inspect and fix issues. + Charge AC systems. + Work on **replacements, retrofits, remodels** . + Preventive maintenance. + Follow **safety rules & PPE** . + Report delays. + Help train team members. + Complete paperwork. **Skills & Experience** + **Installation/assembly** experience. + Can **read blueprints** . + Skilled with **hand, power, electrical, pneumatic tools** . + **2+ years** assembly experience. + Problem‑solving. + Automotive experience is a plus. **Preferred** + 1+ year **light automotive repair** . + Lift **30–50 lbs** , stand long hours. + Good communication. + Basic computer skills. + Willing to work **OT/weekends** . **Benefits** + Low‑cost benefits. + Merit raises. + 10 vacation days. + Holiday pay. + Supportive team. **Work Environment** + Non‑climate‑controlled garage. + **Mon–Thu, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM** (occasional Fri) **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
