Install air conditioning units and related parts according to company standards and customer schedules.
What You’ll DoInstall AC units and components (evaporators, condensers, compressors, mount kits, ducting, etc.).Gather necessary tools, parts, and materials for each job.Make sure installations meet quality, safety, and cost standards.Inspect completed work and fix any issues.Charge AC systems when required.Work on special projects such as replacements, retrofits, remodels, and after-sales service.Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.Follow all safety rules and use proper protective gear.Report challenges that could delay work.Help train other team members.Use materials efficiently to reduce waste.Complete required documentation and reports.Maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.Support quality control and improvement efforts.Perform other assigned tasks.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience in installation or assembly work.Ability to read blueprints.Skilled with electrical tools, hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.At least 2 years of assembly line or assembler experience.Problem‑solving skills.Helpful: experience in automotive repair and following assembly instructions.Preferred QualificationsAutomotive experience preferred.At least 1 year of light automotive repair experience.Able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for 10+ hours.Good communication and professionalism.Can work independently.Basic computer skills (Microsoft & Google apps).Willing to travel, work overtime, and weekends.Experience installing AC units is a plus.Why Work HereLow-cost full benefits.Annual merit raises.10 vacation days in the first year.Holiday pay.Supportive team and good work-life balance.Work EnvironmentNon–climate-controlled garage.Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM (occasional Fridays).30-minute lunch break.
