Installation Technician- Weekly Pay- Start ASAP

Pay: $21-$25/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am- 4:30 pm

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Installation Technician to join our team! The successful candidate will be trained by a foreman to ensure a smooth transition and will work closely with them on a day-to-day basis until fully independent.

Responsibilities:

Support the installation of stone countertops by accurately positioning and securing them to cabinets or supports.Learn and apply proper techniques for handling and maneuvering stone slabs for safe and efficient installation.Prepare job sites by ensuring all necessary tools, materials, and equipment are available.Assist in measuring and confirming dimensions to ensure countertops fit properly.Inspect countertops during installation to verify they meet quality standards and customer specifications.Make adjustments or corrections as directed by senior installers.Communicate professionally with customers during installations, providing assistance and answering basic questions.Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Adhere to company policies and procedures related to installation practices and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructionsAttention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.Willingness to learn and develop new skills in stone countertop installation.This position is very active and requires standing, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, reaching, and carrying heavy materials.Must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds and occasionally over 100 pounds.

Work Environment:

The work shift is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential overtime depending on installation location. Overnight travel may occasionally be required, with prior notice given. The job involves exposure to varying weather conditions and temperatures, and the noise level may be high when using installation tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
