**Job Title: Installer** We’re hiring an Installer to assemble and install components on school and commercial buses. You’ll follow instructions and blueprints, use tools to position and secure parts, and make adjustments to ensure everything fits and works properly. **Key Responsibilities** + Read and follow assembly instructions and blueprints + Gather tools, parts, and materials + Install components like compressors, hoses, mounts, and electrical parts + Troubleshoot and adjust parts to meet specifications + Perform basic equipment maintenance + Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed **What You Need** + Experience with hand, power, and pneumatic tools + Strong mechanical skills + Automotive experience is a plus, but not required **Work Schedule & Environment** + **Hours:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (minimal overtime) + **Setting:** Non-climate-controlled warehouse; work inside buses with fan ventilation; loud and busy environment **Why Work With Us** + Bonus pay structure in development + Full employee benefits + Opportunity to grow with a supportive team **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
