The successful candidate will be trained by a foreman to ensure a smooth transition and will work closely with them on a day-to-day basis until fully independent._ **_Responsibilities:_** + _Support the installation of stone countertops by accurately positioning and securing them to cabinets or supports._ + _Learn and apply proper techniques for handling and maneuvering stone slabs for safe and efficient installation._ + _Prepare job sites by ensuring all necessary tools, materials, and equipment are available._ + _Assist in measuring and confirming dimensions to ensure countertops fit properly._ + _Inspect countertops during installation to verify they meet quality standards and customer specifications._ + _Make adjustments or corrections as directed by_ _senior_ _installers._ + _Communicate professionally with customers during installations, providing assistance and answering basic questions._ + _Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment._ + _Adhere to company policies and procedures related to installation practices and customer interactions._ **_Qualifications:_** + _Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions_ + _Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship._ + _Willingness to learn and develop new skills in stone countertop installation._ + _This position is very active and requires standing, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, reaching, and carrying heavy materials._ + _Must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds and occasionally over 100 pounds._ **_Work Environment:_** _The work shift is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential overtime depending on installation location. Overnight travel may occasionally be required, with prior notice given.
