**Job Title: Installer** **Job Description** Join our dynamic Operations Department, focusing on the installation and ongoing improvement of intelligent material handling solutions and cutting-edge applications. This role involves extensive travel throughout North America to customer distribution sites, with all travel expenses covered by the company. Begin your journey at a high-tech warehouse, where you'll disassemble pod/storage racks and work on various mechanical tasks. **Responsibilities** + Disassemble and reconfigure storage racks and fixtures. + Perform mechanical tasks such as rewiring, lifting, and assembling. + Clear out areas and move structures as needed. + Work safely and professionally within a team, following strict safety protocols. + Use hand and power tools efficiently. + Read and interpret tape measures for accurate measurements. + Maintain punctuality and professional conduct during work hours. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Ability to read tape measures and interpret measurements. + Experience in mechanical assembly and installation. + Background in construction, warehousing, or equipment installation. + Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. + Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments. + Experience reading CAD drawings. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift and Aerial lift certifications are a plus. + Valid driver’s license. + Experience with robotic installations is beneficial. + Ability to manage relationships with internal teams and client contacts. + Self-starter with leadership capabilities. + Willingness to travel extensively, with options to return home every 2 weeks. **Why Work Here?** Experience a fast-paced environment with ample opportunities for growth and career advancement. The first few weeks will be based in Redmond, WA, followed by potential work in Kirkland, WA. Working hours are from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. The role involves working with cutting-edge technology in robotics, providing a stimulating and innovative work atmosphere. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Kirkland, Washington **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
