**Job Title: Installer**
**Job Description**
The primary responsibilities of this position include the assembly of axles and brake components for customers who require high-quality, timely products in a fast-paced work environment. You will ensure quality and safety throughout the process.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and swiftly according to approved specifications.
+ Read blueprints and verify the parts required prior to assembly.
+ Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt resolution.
+ Familiarize yourself with tools, instrumentation, and calibration equipment.
+ Communicate effectively with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy.
+ Maintain and service all equipment when necessary.
+ Conserve resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Mechanical assembly experience.
+ Proficiency in using tape measures.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Good work ethic and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
+ Timely and prompt attendance for all shifts.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a non-climate-controlled facility with a first shift schedule from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with flexibility to work until 4:30 PM. You will use various hand and power tools in the assembly line setting.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plant City, Florida.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
