**Job Title: Installer**
**Job Description**
As an installer, you will be responsible for preparing project plans, installing and setting up various types of equipment, assembling components, performing repairs and maintenance, collaborating with team members, adhering to safety protocols, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless project execution.
**Responsibilities**
+ Review project plans and specifications to understand installation requirements.
+ Install and set up various types of equipment, including machinery, electronic devices, or industrial systems.
+ Assemble and integrate components according to provided instructions and technical drawings.
+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on installed equipment as needed.
+ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
+ Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
+ Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing effective solutions.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use various tools for installation.
+ Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
+ 5-7 years of experience as an equipment installer.
+ Ability to use hand and power tools for assembly and installation.
+ Attention to detail and precision in equipment setup.
+ Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
+ Physical fitness and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment.
+ Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Technical certifications or vocational training in equipment installation may be required.
+ Experience with sheet metal and blueprint reading.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Henrico, Virginia.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
