About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to various locations to install and remove ATMs while ensuring high-quality service and professionalism. If you have mechanical expertise, experience with power tools, and the ability to work independently, we’d love to hear from you.

ResponsibilitiesTravel to job sites, driving a truck long distances (overnight stays may be required; per diem provided).Install and remove various types of ATMs, including lobby, through-the-wall, and island models.Set up custom signage to align with installation requirements.Modify structures, such as walls and concrete pads, to ensure proper equipment placement.Utilize digital tools, including a tablet/app for DOT logs, job updates, and photo documentation.Operate power tools and forklifts safely and effectively.Provide excellent customer service, maintaining professionalism in all client interactions.Troubleshoot and problem-solve when challenges arise.Collaborate with the installation team, ensuring smooth communication and execution.Adhere to safety standards while working independently.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma/GED required.Proficiency with power tools and related equipment.Strong communication skills, including written and verbal abilities.Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and DOT medical card.Physical ability to stand, walk, push, pull, lift, or carry 75+ lbs.Preferred Skills & ExperienceBackground in carpentry, construction, or heavy equipment handling.Ability to read floor plans and interpret installation schematics.Rigging/millwright experience is highly desirable.Previous experience installing ATMs or Redbox machines is a plus.Why Join Us?

Work Environment

You will primarily work at customer locations, such as banks, installing and servicing new ATMs. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and the ability to handle heavy equipment responsibly.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
