**Job Title: Installer $19-20, 1st Shift** Job Description The installer will utilize equipment to create tarps for trailers and trucks, ensuring high-quality standards through meticulous quality checks. The role involves gathering all required parts for assembly jobs and assisting with preparing finished tarps for shipment, including printing shipping labels and loading onto pallets. The installer will also complete a daily record sheet to document production activities. Essential Skills + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. + Mechanical skills and general labor experience. + Ability to accurately read measurements and perform basic shop math tasks. + Experience with welding and fabrication. + Ability to lift 50lbs throughout the shift. Additional Skills & Qualifications + At least a year of hands-on mechanical experience. + Previous tarp assembly/installation experience is a plus but not required. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is structured around a first shift schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The facility currently has around 40 employees on the shop floor. While overtime is not frequently required, it may increase based on business demand.
