**Job Title: Installation Technician II** **Job Description** Assist with the installation of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), including site preparation, framing, roofing, and finishing work. Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools, load and unload materials, and perform general site clean-up to ensure a safe and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks on schedule while following all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. **Responsibilities** + Assist with the installation of ADUs, including site preparation, framing, roofing, and finishing work. + Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools. + Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. + Perform general site clean-up and ensure a safe and organized work environment. + Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks on schedule. + Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor. **Essential Skills** + 2-3 years of experience in construction or general labor. + Ability to operate basic construction tools and equipment. + Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor. + Knowledge of safety practices and procedures in a construction environment. + Excellent teamwork and communication skills. + Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. + Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with construction, hand and power tools. + Knowledge of carpentry, blueprint reading, mechanical and electrical skills. + Mechanical aptitude. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a travel position with housing and meal stipend covered.
