Job Description
This position involves visiting existing customer sites to install CO2 monitors as per new regulations. The work is light, low-voltage, and similar to installing fire alarms in residential settings. You will be responsible for installing monitors using CAT 5 cabling directly into various systems, including restaurants and gas stations.
Responsibilities
Visit customer sites to install CO2 monitors.Conduct light low-voltage work similar to residential fire alarm installations.Utilize CAT 5 cabling for installations.Communicate effectively and politely with customers to explain installation purposes.Drive to various locations, covering approximately 400 miles per week.Document installations using a smartphone for GPS, photos, and mileage tracking.Essential Skills
Experience with low voltage or light electrical work.Proficiency in using a smartphone for GPS and documentation.Ability to communicate politely and effectively with customers.2 years of experience in light construction, mechanical, or electrical work.Possession of tools and a ladder necessary for the job.Reliable transportation for extensive travel.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
The position involves working independently with minimal supervision, requiring honesty and effort. The work is based in the Greater Bay Area, covering locations from Concord to San Jose and Napa. You will start your day by meeting at the shop before heading out to various sites. Shifts typically run from 7am to 3pm, with the possibility of starting at 6:30am on some days, and occasional weekend work may be needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
