The Installation Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting all administrative aspects of our installation and service projects. This role ensures that customer projects are scheduled, executed, and completed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. The coordinator serves as a key point of contact between internal teams, installers, and customers, facilitating smooth communication and project flow from initiation to completion.Core Role ResponsibilitiesVerifies contract details post-salePrepares initial labor and materials sheets to request project quote; prepares final sheets for installation crewsManages timeliness and accuracy of vendor quotes; approves final quotesPrepares pre-installation inspection forms; researches and resolves inspection delaysDetermines necessity of ancillary project expensesEnsure gross profit levels are maintainedEnsure reconciliations are done timelyEnsures accuracy of reported Installer compensationCollects payments as necessaryPerforms other duties as assignedBasic QualificationsHigh school Diploma or GED2+ year of similar administrative support experiencePreferred QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience a plusCustomer-centric mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated success in deadline-driven and high-pressure environmentsStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyHome Improvement or Home Services experience a plusDetail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across tasks$21.50 - $21.50 an hourAt Window Nation, your administrative and customer-focused experience plays a direct role in our growth and success.
