The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an Installation Coordinator who will track the status of accounts’ readiness from installation execution through completion for the Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) Program.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with command POC’s as part of the coordination process for weekly status and completion of the Pre-upgrade/installation requirements.CThe coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the command is prepared and meets all prerequisite requirements before assigning an AIT to travel and perform the onsite upgrades and/or installations.Create line items in the Tech Refresh list on SharepointCreate document sets for each account, System Operation Verification Test (SOVT), In/Out Briefs, Installation Completion Reports (ICR), and checklists.Perform weekly updates and record information in SharePointTask Status Availability Start/EndPlanned Start/End/Actual FinishTechnician AssignedKOAM information Update account training informationRecord released messages Date Time Group (DTG)Track Fleet Readiness Control Board approvalTrack KMI Tech Refresh funding for assigned commands.Track receipt of required hardware Track command personnel availability for installation dateTrack Pre-upgrade Checklist completion.Provide/track completion messages. Provide Bi-weekly status to OSICs/TYCOMsDraft and submit BESEP messagesDevelop weekly activity reportsScreen and upload AIT documentation Assist in the creation/development of Quality Assurance workbooks for Afloat and Submarine installationsProvide status to the Project Engineer for the weekly SPIDER update

Required: 

Active Secret ClearanceStrong interpersonal skills to communicate and work with customers and team members.Willingness to travel 25%


Desired:

Fifteen years of experience in a military environment performing training, integration, and test of C4ISR complex systems.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$67,800 - 142,200 USD
