**Job Title: Install Technician** **Job Description** This role entails installing and wrapping heat trace material on process lines such as vacuum pipes, exhaust, and gas lines that connect to tools in Fab 42. The installation includes tool setup for semiconductor equipment, running wire, troubleshooting basic electrical issues, and handling equipment during the installation process. **Responsibilities** + Install and wrap heat trace material on process lines (vacuum pipes, exhaust, and gas lines). + Perform tool installation for semiconductor equipment. + Run wire and troubleshoot basic electrical issues. + Handle equipment during the installation process. + Install insulation using silicone-based flexible tape that acts as a heater on the pipes. + Inspect the application of tape over trace material to insulate and wire up the pipe. + Ensure the wrap prevents condensation, avoiding particulate build-up on the lines. + Perform troubleshooting and start-up of installed products. + Crawl into small spaces as needed. **Essential Skills** + 1 year of technical related experience or mechanical equipment assembly. + Electrical aptitude (installation or troubleshooting experience with electrical components). + Ability to work in confined spaces. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + OSHA 10 certification. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in electrical, mechanical, construction, or maintenance. + Proficiency in troubleshooting, wrapping, and using hand tools. + Detail-oriented and hands-on approach. **Why Work Here?** We offer a range of benefits including tuition reimbursement and a 401k plan with a company match and annual contribution tied to performance. The schedule includes three shifts with two teams working 4-10's Monday to Thursday, alternating every month, and a third team working Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts. Overtime is mandatory for all teams. You will work in teams of 2-3 people. The expected contract duration is 6-9 months before potential conversion to a full-time position. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chandler, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
