**Job Title: Inspector Packer - Night & Day Shift Available!**
**Job Description**
The Inspector Packer is responsible for visually inspecting manufactured parts coming off the production line for defects, assembling parts as needed, and packaging quality products according to policy, procedures, and ISO 9001 standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Visually inspect manufactured parts for defects.
+ Assemble parts as needed and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
+ Operate within ISO 9001 guidelines.
+ Maintain good attendance levels and use effective problem-solving skills.
+ Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
+ Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making abilities.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
+ Experience in injection or blow molding is a plus.
+ Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
+ Intermediate computer skills for report generation.
+ Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
+ Experience with weigh scales, forklifts, inventory, RF scanners, and loading.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Physical stamina and strength to stand 12 hours per shift and lift 15 to 20 lbs.
+ Teamwork and effective communication skills.
+ Demonstrated potential for growth within the company.

**Work Environment**
The position requires light work, exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently. The role is subject to inside environmental conditions, with protection from weather but not necessarily temperature changes. Workers will encounter noise levels that may require shouting to be heard. Exposure to hazards like moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical currents, high places, high heat, and chemicals is present. There is also exposure to oils and other cutting fluids, requiring attention to safety protocols.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neptune, New Jersey.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.35 - $19.35/hr.
