**Job Title: Inspector** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Inspector to join our team. This role requires 1-3 years of experience in cleanroom assembly or inspection and involves working in a GMP cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with small parts or inventory and be comfortable using a microscope throughout the shift. **Responsibilities** + Perform quality checks and inspections of parts in a cleanroom environment. + Utilize microscopes for detailed inspection work during the entire shift. + Assist in production processes involving molding and material handling. + Handle small parts and perform inventory tasks accurately. + Operate molding machines and perform troubleshooting as needed. + Maintain a safe working environment by following GMP protocols. **Essential Skills** + 1-3 years of cleanroom assembly or inspection experience. + Familiarity with GMP cleanroom environments and protocols. + Proficiency in using microscopes for extended periods. + Experience with small parts or inventory management. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the medical device industry is a plus. + Familiarity with GMP, molding operations, and machine operation. + Experience with brake press or similar machinery. + Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. **Why Work Here?** Join a thriving and expanding medical device company known for its long-term employment opportunities. Employees must adhere to strict safety protocols, including wearing cleanroom attire. The facility includes a gowning-up room, where contractors clean and cover their shoes before entering the cleanroom. Each work station is equipped with injection molding machines and computer/microscope stations. Shifts are available as follows: 1st shift from 4:00am - 2:00pm or 6:00am - 4:00pm, and 2nd shift from 3:00pm - 1:00am, with opportunities for overtime on Saturdays. **Job Type & Location** This is a position based out of Lincolnshire, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.95/hr.
