This role performs inspection and verification of fabrication and assembly processes, ensuring compliance with quality, engineering, and manufacturing standards. **Job Responsibilities** + Use and interpret engineering drawings, inspection manuals, specifications, and shop math to verify parts and assemblies. + Utilize precision measuring instruments, specialized inspection tools, and equipment necessary to perform work assignments. + Follow Quality Management System (QMS) policies, procedures, and specifications. + Apply working knowledge of production processes to evaluate parts and assemblies. + Maintain all required certifications. + Follow inspection procedures to accept or reject parts, processes, or assemblies. + Verify tool qualification status prior to use. + Prepare, maintain, and update Quality records as needed. + Communicate effectively with team members, both verbally and in writing. + Use computing tools including MS Office and SAP. + Perform inspection duties across equivalent or lower-level inspector job codes as required. **Required Qualifications** + Reliable attendance; must be punctual and present daily. + Ability to obtain and maintain all required training and certifications. + Willingness and availability to work **any shift** (1st, 2nd, or 3rd). + Ability to support periods of heavy overtime. + Minimum **5 years of experience** in aerospace airframe assembly inspection. + Proficient blueprint reading skills. + Experience with **MS Office** and **SAP** . + Experience writing **Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs/Tags)** . **Preferred Qualifications** + Advanced SAP experience. + **737 Airframe/Fuselage** inspection experience.
