Inspector – Concrete Repair & Restoration Location: New Jersey Employment Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity A leading concrete repair and restoration contractor is seeking a skilled Inspector to support and oversee field operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring restoration projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience in concrete repair, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support both field crews and project leadership. Key Responsibilities + Assist with concrete repair, forming systems, and general site preparation + Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site + Support tradespeople and supervisors with daily project tasks + Operate basic hand tools and power tools as directed + Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times + Assist with layout, measurements, and basic site marking + Report progress, issues, and observations to the Foreman or Superintendent Required Skills & Qualifications + Experience in concrete work, concrete repair, and general construction + Proficiency in masonry and related restoration tasks + Familiarity with RFIs, change orders, and submittal processes + Experience using Procore or similar construction management software + Strong commitment to safety and adherence to job site protocols + Ability to work collaboratively with field teams and supervisors Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln Park, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
