About the OpportunityA leading concrete repair and restoration contractor is seeking a skilled Inspector to support and oversee field operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring restoration projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience in concrete repair, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support both field crews and project leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with concrete repair, forming systems, and general site preparationLoad, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe job siteSupport tradespeople and supervisors with daily project tasksOperate basic hand tools and power tools as directedFollow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all timesAssist with layout, measurements, and basic site markingReport progress, issues, and observations to the Foreman or SuperintendentRequired Skills & QualificationsExperience in concrete work, concrete repair, and general constructionProficiency in masonry and related restoration tasksFamiliarity with RFIs, change orders, and submittal processesExperience using Procore or similar construction management softwareStrong commitment to safety and adherence to job site protocolsAbility to work collaboratively with field teams and supervisorsJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln Park, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
