**Job Title: Inspector** Job Description As an Inspector, you will be responsible for verifying that work performed on aviation articles complies with manufacturer and customer data. You will conduct incoming, primary, hidden damage, in-process, and final inspections. Additionally, you will review maintenance records, documentation, and logbooks to ensure all necessary repairs, inspections, operational checks, and documentation are completed in accordance with the current approved or accepted technical data. You will be authorized to approve work performed for return to service, and perform tasks as assigned under the privileges granted by 14 CFR Part 65. This role involves working with small airframe parts, ranging from business jets to CRJ's and 737's. Responsibilities + Verify work performed on aviation articles complies with manufacturer/customer data. + Conduct incoming, primary, hidden damage, in-process, and final inspections. + Review maintenance records, documentation, and logbooks for completion and compliance. + Authorize and approve work performed for return to service. + Perform tasks related to privileges under 14 CFR Part 65. Essential Skills + 2 years of aviation inspection experience + Inspection and quality control skills + Understanding of aviation and blueprint reading Additional Skills & Qualifications + A&P certification nice to have + NDT certification nice to have + Experience in repair and troubleshooting + Consideration for candidates with 1 year of inspection experience or military aviation inspection with A&P and quality or inspection experience Why Work Here? The position is primarily on the 1st shift, usually from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays required. Employees are expected to work 40 hours per week. Bring your own basic tools, while the company provides all other necessary equipment. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Eagan, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $62400.00/yr. Great management smaller site but part of a very large company Company is growing at every site.
