**Job Title: Inspector** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Inspector to join our team, responsible for inspecting parts that come out of the powder coat process in Plant 1. This meticulous role involves ensuring quality by inspecting parts and rehanging them on racks. Additionally, you will enter completed work orders into the computer system and collaborate with management to ensure smooth production flow. **Responsibilities** + Inspect parts after powder coating to ensure quality standards are met. + Rehang inspected parts on racks for further processing. + Enter completed work orders into the computer system accurately. + Collaborate with management to maintain a smooth production flow. **Essential Skills** + Experience in racking, packaging, general production, and material handling. + Proficient in inspection and documentation. + High attention to safety and ability to multitask. + Capability to lift between 30-50 lbs as needed and keen eye for detail. + Ability to read and follow basic work instructions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Comfortable working in a tedious and repetitive role. **Why Work Here?** Work with a company that values its employees and offers year-round stability and benefits upon direct hire. The industrial environment may vary in temperature, being warm in the summer and cold in the winter in some departments. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, Oregon. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
