🛠️ Key Responsibilities:Conduct initial, mid-process, and final inspections of military productsMaintain calibration of inspection tools and equipmentTrack and manage quality assurance documentationUse calipers, micrometers, and gauges to inspect diverse componentsEnsure compliance with government and military specificationsSplit time between office tasks and production floor inspections📐 Essential Skills:Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and gauges2–5 years of experience using dial inspection equipmentAbility to read and interpret product drawings and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)➕ Preferred Qualifications:Background in quality control and inspectionUnderstanding of risk mitigation processes🏭 Work Environment:Not fully climate-controlled — fans in summer, heaters in winterLong sleeves and pants required due to fiberglass exposureMix of office and hands-on production floor work🌟 Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $24.00/hr.
