**Aerotek is hiring for Inspectors!** **Job Description** The Photo Etch Inspector position is responsible for verifying the quality of parts through visual inspection and dimensional verification to documented criteria. This role involves removing parts from sheets and packaging them for shipment. **Shift: 2nd shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am, Monday - Friday** **Pay: $18 - $21/hr** **Benefits: 401k, vision, health, dental** **Responsibilities** + Read and follow instructions on a traveler and other company documentation to complete required tasks. + Accurately fill out company documentation to record manufacturing lot information and measurements. + Work under direct supervision and follow instructions and techniques to correctly process parts. + Inspect parts using a microscope at a bench to determine conformance with company and customer inspection criteria. + Use drop gauges and handheld micrometers to measure material thickness. + Utilize handheld tools to form metal parts. + Remove parts from a sheet using scissors, clippers, or hand-powered cut-off tools, depending on the part. + Identify and make recommendations for inspection improvement opportunities to help lower part costs and expedite processing through the inspection department and the plant. **Essential Skills** + Inspection + Quality control + Quality assurance + Quality inspection + Visual inspection + Proficiency with measurement tools + Documentation + Quality check **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, critical illness, accident, and hospital coverage.
