**Job Title: Water Inspector** **Job Description** We are seeking an Inspector with experience in heavy industrial environments to perform emissions testing at a leading plant. This role is integral to ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and contributes to the growth and development of the team. **Responsibilities** + Record observations of emissions from the coke making process in accordance with state and federal regulations. + Communicate professionally with supervisors and on-site personnel. + Work outdoors and walk around the site, being comfortable with weather elements. + Utilize MS Office to input observations of emission data. + Perform basic mathematical calculations using computer technology. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of experience in a heavy industrial setting such as a power plant or steel mill. + 6+ months experience using Microsoft Office. + High School Diploma or GED. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to walk rounds around the site each day. + Comfortable working outdoors in an industrial environment. **Why Work Here?** Join a leader in the industrial and commercial industry, providing services to various sectors such as wastewater, steel, oil & gas, and more. The role requires comfortability with working outdoors most of the time. Full PPE is provided by the client, including a hard hat, gloves, glasses, and a high visibility vest. Steel toe boots must be provided by the employee. The shift is Thursday to Monday, requiring flexibility for additional hours when necessary. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clairton, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
