**Job Title: Quality Inspector**
**Job Description**
The Quality Inspector is responsible for verifying conformance to Manufacturing and Warehouse Procedures, ensuring products meet expected customer requirements. This role focuses on quality control of continuous in-line production adherence to labeling, product workmanship, traceability, documentation, and training.
**Responsibilities**
+ Inspect products according to applicable Engineering Drawings and Manufacturing & Test Procedures.
+ Generate Non-Confirming Material Reports (NCMRs).
+ Conduct internal audits upon direction, such as calibration and pest controls.
+ Utilize ERP systems like AX.
+ Participate in external audits as an advocate for the company, including customer, third-party, and regulatory audits.
**Essential Skills**
+ Assembly and quality inspection experience.
+ Proficiency with measurement devices such as microscopes, calipers, and laser scanners.
+ At least one year of inspection experience in a medical device environment, including in-process and final inspections.
+ Competence in using Microsoft applications and ERP systems.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to read, understand, and interpret various prints, manufacturing, and test procedures.
+ Strong mathematical skills with the ability to compute and count totals, averages, and ranges.
+ Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to interact with company personnel and auditors.
+ Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, and data entry experience.
+ Understanding the importance of quality and its functions.
+ High school degree or GED.

**Work Environment**
The position is based in a medical device manufacturing cleanroom environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and precision. Work hours are from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, on the 1st shift.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
