**Job Title: Inspector** **Job Description** As an Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality standards of the products we manufacture. You will be responsible for reading blueprints and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards and recommending necessary adjustments to improve processes. **Responsibilities** + Establish quality standards for various products. + Read blueprints and specifications to ensure operations meet production standards. + Recommend necessary adjustments and changes to production processes. + Inspect and test materials and equipment using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. + Remove products that do not meet production standards and recommend strategies to improve product quality. + Accept or reject finished products and discuss inspection results with the production team. + Perform random inspections to assess product quality. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of mechanical inspection experience, preferably in Aerospace. + Familiarity with working to drawings and prints to ensure parts meet standards. + Good communication skills. + Proficiency with precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers. + Experience in visual inspection. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Analytical and problem-solving skills. + Attention to detail. + Technical skills and ability to understand blueprints, documents, and manuals. + Basic math and computer skills. + Ability to influence others to follow rules and regulations. + Verbal and written communication skills. **Why Work Here?** After becoming a direct employee, you will be eligible for our monthly bonus program.
