**Job Title: Inspector** **Job Description** Join our team as a 1st shift Inspector/Sorter and play a crucial role in ensuring flawless products through meticulous quality control and sorting processes. You will be responsible for inspecting parts for high-quality conformance and grouping them according to purchase orders. **Responsibilities** + Perform visual inspection of parts for high-quality conformance. + Inspect products for defects such as scratches and surface finish. + Accept or reject finished items based on quality standards. + Communicate production issues to supervisors promptly. + Document and correct quality issues efficiently. + Review documentation to ensure specifications are followed. + Assist with identifying and correcting problems in production. + Complete necessary paperwork to fulfill customer and quality requirements. + Ensure all systems transactions are completed and documented accurately. + Communicate non-conformance issues to management to drive process changes. + Recognize various types of finishes and track and label products accordingly. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in inspection and sorting processes. + Strong visual inspection skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Basic computer skills to record day-to-day activities. + Organized, task-focused, proactive, and self-motivated. + Experience working under pressure and tight deadlines. + Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively. + Problem-solving skills and ability to implement solutions. + Compliance with safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment. **Why Work Here** Experience the unique opportunity to work with a family-owned company that values quality craftsmanship.
