Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking an Inspector to join their team. As an Inspector, you will be part of the Facilities Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and outstanding customer service abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Inspector
**Location:** Stanford, CA
**What's the Job?**
+ Process non-standard requests, initiate appropriate documentation, and coordinate with the Building Manager and outside agencies as needed.
+ Work closely with the custodial team and Building Manager to identify deficiencies and make recommendations to remedy problems.
+ Perform routine facility inspections and enter corrective work orders to address maintenance issues.
+ Gather and manipulate data using Excel, providing thorough documentation for damage billing processes.
+ Assist with special facility-related projects as directed by the Building Manager.

+ Demonstrated excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
+ Proven customer service experience with the ability to meet performance standards.
+ Ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
+ Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
